CMYK Monsters

Thanks to an equally relaxing and productive morning, I managed to wrangled up my earlier drawing into this fun vector. It's sized just perfect for your iPhone, but I am thinking it would make for a great poster print. What do you think? Anyone got recommendations on a place to print them at? I've only ever used Cafepress, which is slightly pricey.

Although it doesn't directly relate to the drawing, this is what I read today to start my morning:

"For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse." - Romans 1:20

Museum Architecture Written by Justin Henderson Gorgeous in design and captivating in details, this book ranks very high among my favorites. Legolas
Here is my first re-attempt at Legolas (trust me ... the very first sketch is too weird-looking to show here!) ... he doesn't really look like Orlando Bloom, but he has all the Elf characteristics. Nice slender head and flowing hair. Good facial structure. Slightly menacing look. Yup ... he's an elf ... just not ours. ...

Robot Overlord
My entry for today. Lately, I really haven't had anything specific in mind to draw, but I know I am supposed to keep it up every day, so I am working on that ... though it doesn't really help that I haven't really like any of the last Illustration Friday themes. "Dance", "Rain", "Butt" ...
Monday, so this is Christmas
Note: This is the second version of this post. Why, you might ask? Let's just say that staying up late, typing in a comfy cozy bed and feeling drowsy while waiting to talk to a friend on iChat aren't the best combination for blogging. At some point while typing in my sleep, I managed to ...

Got somethin' to say? This is the place ... just try to play nice.

I use a photo printer in Winter Garden for that kind of stuff. Pricing basically works out to $7.95 per sq. ft. for glossy and $4.95 per sq ft. for Matte. Basically a a 2×3 poster would cost you $30 on photo grade matte paper or $48 on glossy. (He regularly offers me a discount when I am doing quantity for customers, so it might be even cheaper.)

He can do any size, btw, up to 40 inches wide and up to 100 ft. long.

Zazzle is like cafepress, but 2×3 starts at $34 and matte goes to $53 while glossy is $69.
