March 17th – Seriously

Seriously
Tuesday was a really easy-going, since our DFP (Deployment of Flash Projects) students had already finished their work and were just presenting their projects. We discussed some of the cool things that the Happy Cog guys are doing with the Redesign Mozilla.org campaign and how important it is to not only be able to defend design choices, but also be able to offer an intelligent and informed exposition on them.

After the students presented their projects, the boss (Bill Bain) and I got to talked about the forthcoming iPhone 3.0 software release, including how excited we are about fact that “Cut, Copy, and Paste” will be part of it. Sure, it should have been there all along, but I’m glad it is finally on the way. The fact that system-wide Push and Landscape Keyboard, MMS support and Spotlight are also included are really just icing on the cake.

Are you as excited about Transformers as I am? What do you think about the forthcoming FF 2, Iron Man, Speed Racer and Tintin ...

Today and tomorrow I will be getting caught up on all my blogs, including ...
I'd wish I could fly …
I drew and inked this one during a 2-hour conference call I had on Thursday, regarding a possible upgrade in our tracking and inventory software at work. Not too boring of a time, but I sure felt like I could be enjoying life a bit more elsewhere. Everyone seemed to like this one so much (and ...
