The previous Wordpress Reference I listed takes you to the main Codex page, but I have actually found it a lot more useful if you point it to the Function Reference instead.

One addition for the HTML Dog Search String:

You could use two separate Books, one for HTML and one for CSS and then use the following search string to jump directy to the HTML-tags/CSS-properites:

Can't copy the cover images when they only display in a js image viewer like that.
